Fezkho Energy

Fezkho Energy (Pty) Ltd is a 100% black owned, managed and controlled Energy Company incorporated under the provisions of the Company’s Act, of 1973, as amended. The company is a consequence of the mobilization and harnessing of a diverse expertise and competency base inherent in the two duly incorporated companies that constitute the consortium.

We are one of the few companies in South Africa to have been awarded an Historically Disadvantaged South Africans (HDSA) Wholesale License by the Department of Minerals Energy under the Petroleum Products Act, 1977 (Act no.120), License Number : D2010/07/23/0001. This license does not only allow us to trade but also to import and export Aviation Gasoline, Biofuels, Diesel, Jet Fuel, Liquefied Petroleum Gas, Paraffin and Petrol anywhere in the world.

In terms of the amended Import Policy, only licensed manufacturers and licensed HDSA wholesalers are granted permission to import and export. In terms of the PPA, 1977 (Act no. 120), wholesale license holders can only supply other wholesale license holders or an end user of product.

Given the opportunities presented by the legislative framework in SA as well as the diverse sources that Fezkho Energy can potentially source from. Fezkho Energy will focus on outsourcing from competitive sources within and without the geographic confines of SA. Fezkho Energy is also involved in the mining sector with a vast experience in services that concern energy.

Fezkho Construction

Fezkho is a Black Empowered Company (100%) and Black Women owned company that has its roots in the Civil and Construction. It was established with the objective to provide niche services mainly to the South African Construction industry, and more specifically, within the scope of Utilities Management that is focused on the transfer of skills and upliftment of Black Economic Empowerment (BEEs) and Small Micro and Medium Enterprises (SMMEs).

We have consulted with various role players in the industry.
